- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
- Customized or energized (puja-activated) products may require additional processing time
2. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days across India
- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website
5. Delays in Shipping
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disruptions
- Courier service issues
- Remote area delivery limitations
Astro Kavach is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping (customize as needed)
- Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer
