1. No Return Policy (Services)

Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our astrology consultations, reports, and remedies, all services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility (Products Only)

For physical products (such as kavach, gemstones, or other items), refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The wrong item has been delivered.

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delay caused by courier services
• Minor color/appearance variations
• Dissatisfaction based on personal beliefs or expectations

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
